Selection and Cleaning of Seeds/Nuts

High-quality seeds or nuts are selected for oil extraction. Common sources include olives, coconuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.
The selected seeds or nuts are thoroughly cleaned to remove any impurities, dirt, or foreign materials.

Drying

The cleaned seeds or nuts are dried to the appropriate moisture level. This step is crucial to ensure optimal oil yield and quality during the pressing process.

Cold Pressing

The dried seeds or nuts are then fed into a cold press machine. This machine uses mechanical pressure to crush and press the seeds or nuts, extracting the oil without generating significant heat.
The temperature during this process is kept below 50°C (122°F) to ensure that the oil retains its natural nutrients, flavor, and aroma.

Filtration

The extracted oil is filtered to remove any remaining solid particles or impurities. This can be done through a simple filtration process or using more advanced techniques like sedimentation or centrifugation.
The filtration process ensures that the final product is clear and free from any residues.

Bottling and Packaging

The filtered oil is then stored in clean, sterilized containers to prevent any contamination.
The oil is packaged in suitable bottles, often dark glass bottles, to protect it from light and maintain its quality and shelf life.
Proper labeling is done to indicate the type of oil, its extraction method, and other relevant information.

Throughout this process, no chemicals or synthetic additives are used, ensuring that the oil remains natural and pure. The entire process is designed to preserve the beneficial properties of the oil, making it a healthier choice for consumers.
